L.A. Design Associates, Inc.
L.A. Design Associates, Inc. is a firm created for the practice of Landscape Architecture and Planning. We provide services on a broad spectrum of projects including high-concept entertainment and resorts, urban design, retail and mixed-use developments, large and small-scale commercial, education, public sector transportation design, housing and estates.

Our goal in the development of each project is that of a relevant, conceptually sophisticated, and unique environment. With an emphasis on branding and sustainability, we initiate a process that creates planning and design alternatives which respect site and program concerns through a seasoned analytical approach. Along each step from project inception through completion, we are problem solvers, bridge builders and leaders. We have earned a reputation for listening carefully to our client's needs and objectives, then responsibly collaborating to accomplish those goals.

Showcasing a strong creative orientation with sophisticated technical expertise and 'hands-on' field art direction, L.A. Design Associates, Inc., works to develop a focused, environmental design in affirmation of our clients goals, budget, and schedule. To each project we bring a charter for developing thoughtful, functioning design solutions on a foundation of dedicated client service. Our ultimate goal is the complete satisfaction of our client and we judge our success by the ongoing relationships we enjoy with our clients.

Our projects have included Universal Studios Hollywood/City Walk (Universal City, California), The Tropicana (Las Vegas, Nevada), Grand Indonesia (Jakarta, Indonesia), various themed retail and mixed-use projects including a mile-long themed retail/mixed use development in central China, Glendale College-Garfield Campus (Glendale, California), Los Angeles Mission College (Sylmar, California), multiple stations of the Los Angeles to Pasadena Metro Gold Line, C.W. Driver Corporate Headquarters (Pasadena, California), various residences and estates as well as design consultation on a heavily themed 450-acre municipal park in Shenzhen, China, and a themed residential community north of Seoul, Korea. Currently under development is a sustainable garden to be televised on Discovery Channel's Plant Green network, and independent video production efforts to educate the public in regards to resource management and sustainable design.
