Bradley has over 25 years of experience in Landscape Architecture and has led a variety of projects including theme parks and resorts, planned community developments, retail and commercial projects of various scales, estates, master planning, education and transportation projects. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in the state of California.
An engaging collaborator, Brad works to develop a thoughtful, relevant conceptual design with an emphasis on assuring our client's needs, goals, budget and schedule. From initial planning through subsequent design phases, construction documentation and field execution, he is personally committed to delivering each project with focus and dedication to client and community goals.
Prior to founding L.A. Design Associates, Inc., Brad practiced for 10 years as a Landscape Architect with Walt Disney Imagineering, working extensively in Japan and the U.S. Prior to that, he worked with Jardin Internationale, the one-time Los Angeles subsidiary of Sasaki Associates, specializing in international resorts and estates, and POD, Inc. He has also worked in metropolitan Washington D.C. with Design Resource Associates of Falls Church, Virginia. In 2002, he launched L.A. Design Associates, Inc., a studio dedicated to Landscape Architecture, Entertainment Design and Planning.
A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Brad has served as a studio critic to the Landscape Architecture programs at the University of California at Los Angeles, the University of California at Irvine, and the Architecture program at California Polytechnic Institute, Pomona. He wrote and produced a seminar on the "Landscape of Imagination" in conjunction with the Armand Hammer Museum and UCLA, as part of the Canadian Center for Architecture's exhibit "The Architecture of Reassurance: Designing The Disney Theme Parks" in 1998. Brad is currently involved in television and video production efforts to educate the public in regards to resource management and sustainable design.
